Example skill
STACK IT FAST brand
The Stack File mark, lockups, Stacky's brand use, OG and share-card templates, and the asset pipeline.
v0.3.0 Updated
Written for the STACK IT FAST codebase and published as a worked example. Read it for the shape of a good skill; the
method skills are the ones to install in your own project.
What it does
Keeps every appearance of the brand consistent: the “Stack File” mark (three
layers that read as an S, a folded file corner, an apricot tile), the
lowercase wordmark, the STACK IT FAST / STACK IT FIRST family, and where the
Stacky mascot may appear. It also documents how favicons, logo.svg, OG
images and share cards are generated from code.
When it triggers
When you place the logo, change or regenerate brand assets, design an OG image, share card, badge or email, or open any new surface where the brand shows up.
What’s inside
- Construction of the mark on its 32-unit grid, palettes, lockup, clear space, minimum size and the don’ts.
- The asset pipeline commands (
brand:export, brand:og, wordmark outlines) and the OG / share-card template rules. - A checklist for opening a new brand surface.
Example prompt
Add an OG image for the compare pages that matches our brand.
